WORKS & PRACTICE

Work & Practice

Creating places. Nurturing what happens there.

We develop, shape and operate our own projects. Alongside two established projects, we also share work still taking shape.

NAYA — A countryside retreat

A traditional house and barn, reimagined for time together.

A retreat created from a traditional house and barn. We preserved the character of the buildings while shaping a place where families and friends can spend time together. We also operate the property.

MAHARANI

A sense of another world within the city.

A private urban stay that brings Japanese details together with influences from other cultures. We develop the space, consider the guest experience and run the accommodation.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

Different influences, one place to stay.

Both the atmosphere and practical information matter. We pay attention to each.

Another ongoing practice: repeated visits across a local market, creating points of contact for information.
